Yes for machine washing with technical clothing/gentle cycle. These are technical wicking clothing so yes, moderately warm. My lad wears them under shorts and t-shirt in cold weather running. However they are not warm underlayer that you might want for skiing. Looks out for eg mountain warehouse for those.

Do these have the fleece lining?

No. They are just like stretchy lycra material. No lining.

I don't have it with me but it is stretchy material. Like what you'd use for swimsuits or cycle shorts. My son loves his. We bought two.
