This interchangeable pad works either as a Hot or Cold pad that is truly the SAME SIZE in length as the one my Chiropractor uses on me! It is the largest one I have seen to buy! It goes from your neck down to your low back for the convenience of getting to use only one large pad instead of having several different ones which would get out of place at different times. This pad can freeze the pain out of OR warm all the muscles up and down the neck and back at ONCE !!! It uses a gel inside it that does not freeze completely hard but is still movable if you squeeze it hard enough or put it on the floor with a towel and step on it to adjust the shape. A bargain to buy one large freezable unit and not have to buy so many separate packs for the higher overall price. Second time buying this ice pack and it’s literally a life saver also easy to travel with!

Bought this to keep my daughter cool at my son’s baseball games keep it frozen to the last time to use it and we just laid in the bottom of my wagon! Worked perfectly it would make it so much easier for her to take a nap and stay cool! And also used it for my son when his legs would be sore so big it covered both his legs (he’s 7 years old).

I was looking for a large cold pack that I could use on my knee after my total knee replacement. I had other cold packs, but they were smaller. And after my surgery I found that the pain wasn’t just in my knee, but it was pretty much up and down my whole leg! I wanted to be able to ice my whole leg all at the same time. This was absolutely perfect for that purpose. I love the soft velvety side. I found that I did not need to use a towel or any other kind of barrier between my skin using the soft side of the cold pack. And then if I wanted it to be colder, I would just flip it over to the vinyl side, and I did end up having to use a towel between my skin and the pack. The other thing I really like about this cold pack, is it stays fairly flexible, even when you’ve had it in the freezer for a long time. Some cold packs are too stiff to use right out of the refrigerator, and you have to let them thaw a bit. This versatile cold pack came with a very nice little vinyl zip lock bag to store it in, whether it’s in a drawer, or in the freezer. Would definitely recommend, and have already recommended to friends.

I love this ice pack. I’m a vet w a bad back and ice every day. It’s a good size but I am short. I’m 5’1 and the XXL goes down my whole spine, I’m coke bottled w my hips at 41” and it goes across my whole lower back horizontally also. If your back feels warm and you have pain ice it bc it’s inflamed.

I have used it twice on my back while sitting in a recliner. I placed a dish towel on the front and on the back to keep the recliner dry and because it was a little too cold on my back while wearing a t-shirt. It stayed cold the full 30 minutes I used it. I am 5'6" and it is long enough to place up to my shoulders and down to my waist. It seems well made and so far no complaints.

This has been a lifesaver for me in post hip replacement surgery. I actually ordered an ice pack designed for hip injuries and this one. I like this one better because it’s larger and can cover both the back and the side of the hip where all the swelling is. The straps are detachable so you don’t have to use them if you don’t want to. The ice pack chills up quickly, which is good because the first week after surgery I was using ice quite frequently.

I love this ice pack. Finally a decent sized Ice pack for back use. I have been on the hunt for years, for an extra large Ice Pack to cover my entire back during use. This Ice Pack is the perfect size for use for pain & inflammation relief on my back. It conventiently folds in half and fits into a plastic sleeve which helps keep the fabric side clean when in the freezer. I have finally found the perfect sized ice pack!

I purchased for my lower back pain and it has given me much relief. Easy to clean and fit in the freezer.

It definitely helps with those weird places on your body. It’s large enough that it can fit on your back, shoulder, thigh, etc. It’s been helping my son with his injuries.

I bought this because we were having a heat wave and I don’t have AC 😂 it actually helped so much. I’d put it under me when I slept and it covered my entire back portion. It really helped cool me down & feels great on my muscles! One side is colder than the other which is great too for different purposes. Happy with my purchase!!
