Excellent Quality SATA Cables — Measure Your Length First
These Cable Matters SATA cables are excellent quality and work exactly as intended. The connectors fit securely, the right-angle ends are well molded, and the cables feel durable without being stiff or hard to work with. Installation was straightforward, and once connected they performed perfectly with no issues. The locking connectors seat firmly, and the right-angle design is ideal for tight spaces around drives and motherboard ports. I made the mistake of not measuring my original cable length before ordering, so these ended up being a bit short for the routing path I wanted inside my case. That was entirely my oversight, not a fault of the cables themselves. They still work properly and are well made. I’ve consistently had good experiences with Cable Matters products, and these are no exception. If you measure carefully and choose the right length for your build, these are a solid choice for SATA connections.

Secure, angled SATA cables that make tight builds much cleaner
I used these in my wife’s PC to connect a new SATA SSD, and the 90-degree design made a noticeable difference in cable management. They allow the cables to route cleanly around other components without straining the connectors or blocking airflow. Each cable latched securely with no wiggle, and the drive was detected instantly with zero issues. I bought the three-pack for future upgrades, and given how well the first one worked, I’m glad to have backups ready. Simple, reliable cables that do exactly what they should.

Angled towards board
The cable works fine, but using it for installation was tricky. It could've just been a problem with my setup, but since the right angled connector goes downward towards the board I was unable to connect it there. I had to use the straight connector and then use the right angle for the drive.

Long enough, connect as expected, no issues.
I added a couple new HDD's to my home PC, and these cables worked perfectly for getting them connected up to the new PCIE SATA expansion card I purchased. They were just over $2 each, so it was a good value and they've been working just fine since install in November of 2024. The inside of my case is black, and with the cable routing options my case has, they're basically invisible. They installed in a snap, and offered no issues for fitment.

I love the 90 degree angle!
These right-angle SATA cables from Cable Matters are exactly what I needed for a clean and tight PC build. The 90-degree connector is perfect for tight spaces, especially when connecting SSDs or HDDs in smaller cases. At 18 inches, the length is just right—not too long, not too short. They support full SATA III speeds (6 Gb/s) with no issues, and everything runs smoothly—no disconnects or signal problems. The connectors feel secure, and the build quality is solid overall. If you’re upgrading or building a PC and want dependable, no-fuss SATA cables that help with cable management, this 3-pack is a great deal. Definitely recommend.

What's not to like?
I'm currently moving 14 TB of data to a larger HDD, chop, chop. All because of this SATA data cable. If the cable melts & sets my house on fire I'll let you know. So far, so good. Short of that don't hesitate to buy the 3-pack. Who doesn't love discovering years later 2 extra & wondering what does this go to? I had my fun, it's now serious time. 1st random 1 of 3 out of the box, it's pushing data fast! Don't ask me about the other 2... I'm a happy camper & now you expect me to swap them out just so YOU know all 3 work? If you haven't caught on it's kinda the point of buying 3 low-cost items when you absolutely need at least one to work right dang now. If you've been pootering as long as I have eventually you'll have a box of prehistoric parts. Almost no 1997 PC cable fits anything now, either end. & that's to the positive, trust me. That's when I paid $3500 for a laptop only to have USB released 6 months later. My most expensive doorstop ever. I still have it. The Smithsonian has not called me back. Professionally packaged in a commercial box ready to hang on the wall of any electronics store, don't hesitate. Awesome product, nice price, delivered quick snap. As I type my data transfer is humming along. As for the fancy braided cables versus simple flat cables... Which is it, in your inert PC or dragged behind by your Grandmother's vacuum cleaner?
