FANTASTIC for increasing your milk
I have to say WOW, this stuff really works. Everyone told me to try something with fenugreek to increase my milk supply for my one month old baby. He is nursing great and gets full, but I wanted to increase a bit to pump more. I’m terrible about remembering to take pills which is why I thought to try this powder form. I ordered chocolate and it tastes pretty decent. The first time I tried it, I had a bit of a strange aftertaste in my mouth for a couple minutes. With that time, I tried it with an unsweetened Almond Milk (and the directions say use 6 oz of milk). However, the next times I’ve had it, I used the recommended 6 oz of milk and I haven’t had any strange aftertaste. I think the first time was just me adjusting to something new (I’ll be honest, I’m a picky eater). Knowing I’m picky, me saying the subsequent times has tasted pretty good - that means a lot! No aftertastes or anything and actually pretty good taste. FYI, I found it easier to blend it in a blender container with a shaker ball. The most important part is my supply has definitely increased. I’m so glad I found UpSpring’s Milkflow in a powder form. If you are having a problem with your supply, or need a little extra boost to for pumping or baby’s feedings, you definitely need to try this.

You HAVE to try this drink mix!
The UpSpring Milkflow Fenugreek Chocolate flavor is amazing! I've been wanting to try the powder, but I wasn't too sure about the flavors, so I held off. I randomly came across the chocolate flavor and decided to give it a try. I'm incredibly picky, and I legitimately love this drink. I take a 16 oz water bottle and fill it halfway up with 2% milk and then pour in the powder. I would say to shake it for a minute or so, and then it should be good to go! I've tried mixing it with a spoon, and even using my husbands shaker, but I like the water bottle method much better, plus its definitely more quiet so that helps. I've only had one packet a day for four days and I did accidentally skip one day, but it seems to be working well for me. I've tried SO many different things to help with my milk production and the only other thing that's worked are the lactation cookies, BUT it takes me about 3 hours to make them, thanks to my little toddler helper, and I have to eat about three a day so I go through them pretty quickly. This drink is definitely more convenient, but it is a little expensive for me to be taking two packets a day.. So I will be sticking with one a day unless I notice a change. The drink tastes amazing, just like chocolate milk, and I actually look forward to drinking it. My only worry is that I've noticed my daughter has had more gas recently, and some people have said its due to the Fenugreek, but I'm honestly not sure yet. For reference, last weekend when I pumped at work I only got 3 oz for the whole day. This weekend, I had almost 9 oz for the whole day. . so definitely an improvement, and I hadn't changed anything but adding the drink mix to my daily routine. Good luck! Definitely worth giving it a try!

Chocolate Flavor. Would buy again. I recommend this.
This is actually my second time buying this product. I wanted to give it another try. I have horrible milk production other than 3-7 am. I'm older 35, Baby had latch issues early on and breastfeeding has been a struggle. She is now 3 months but I have been zombing out pumping night and day with breastfeeding because she is teething and seems the nipple is making her mouth sensitive so she only wants to breastfeed when she's tired or off and on off and on all day grabbing at her mouth. That has hurt my production like crazy. Going back to work and having time to consume enough water is also a challenge. The first time I noticed I took the product it did increase my levels, maybe not like some mom's reviews but a noticeable difference. I took it 3 times a day, so I only took it for a week. It is pricey but I would say worth the price. Cookies are alot of money too as well as other pill supplements so comparitivly I feel like this is a better bargain. The second time using it I'm doing twice a day. I do it in the morning and mid afternoon. After the first pump, first day I yielded one more once.. to those struggling that's a happy sign this is great because by body processed it right away some people said it took a few days to get going. I hate my Medela pump too it does not work well as Spectra which are apart of some of my pumping issues. Taste.. tastes great! But it has kinks you have to work out. I put it in cold milk or hot milk. You can put it on coffee of you wish. I have one cup of coffee each day so I personally don't want to taint my coffee haha. But chocolate milk does aid milk production anyways. It is extremely hard to blend the poweder which in other reviews are frustrating for some. Get a Blender ball cup and I promise you won't have any issues if you are going the cold route. Hot route put the powder in first add hot milk slowly at a time and whisk until desolved. Or use a blender. The taste is a chocolatey maple-ish taste due to the Fenugreek. Your milk will smell like it. Baby likes the taste so it's fine for me. However some babies are very sensitive to Fenugreek it can hurt their tummies and give them gas so pay attention. I haven't had any issues. There are some teas that do not have fenugreek but it doesn't work as well in my opinion. Lastley with this product I get Fuller breasts faster. It's important to eat healthy I try to add oatmeal to my diet every day. You can also have a beer too which helps the Brewers yeast and barley aids in production. It does not have to be alcoholic to have the affect you can grab a Buckler's or odoules it works great. And you won't make anything if you don't drink fluids and eat properly there is no miracle to avoid that. Being a super mommy is hard and finding time to eat a balanced diet and consume your weight in water is hard! Good luck!

Use a frother to mix!
I read all the reviews stating this was hard to mix and was left clumpy, and I agree. If you use a spoon to mix this into liquid it will not mix well and you will be drinking little clumps of chocolate powder, which didn’t bother me all that much but I get it. Not ideal. Enter the frother. I had bought one (here on Amazon) for something like $6 because another drink powder product I had purchased recommended it be mixed using a frother. So I tried it with this product and lo and behold, it worked incredibly well. Yes, I like to mix it with milk and yes, it made my cold chocolatey beverage foamy on top. I drink it with a straw. It’s delicious. The foam eventually dissipates. I love it. Tastes great and I do feel it has helped increase my supply somewhat. Use the frother! It works.

Affordable, but Didn't Work for Us Personally
We were hopeful about this product, especially with the great price and positive reviews. The chocolate flavor was fine, and we appreciated the added electrolytes and natural ingredients like fenugreek. We bought several boxes in hopes it would help boost milk supply for my wife, but unfortunately, it just didn’t make a difference in our case. To be fair, this might come down to individual biology, lactation can be complex, and not every product will work for every person. It may be helpful for others, and I wouldn't say it's a bad product overall, but we didn’t get the results we were looking for. Still giving three stars because it’s well-formulated, reasonably priced, and might be effective for others.

This saved my supply!!!!!
Okay so first off this stuff tastes awesome! I mix the chocolate with a cup of of soy milk and omg. It tastes exactly like the malted milk Ovaltine. Every sip brings back childhood memories. Only down side is that it does not mix well so you have to scrape the sides which tastes horrible but totally worth it. My baby is 5 months old. I started with a very strong supply. Had a wonderful supply with my first and was able to breastfeed her for 2.5 years. In the past 2 months my supply has completely tanked. I was unable to pump for than 2oz a day and just barely getting enough to feed the baby. Tried different lactation cookies, tea and recently power pumping and they hardly made a dent. I was about to order formula and decided to try one more thing. Last night was my first night drinking it. My pumping supply has quadrupled already and the baby is getting more each feeding and cluster feeding less. Fingers crossed this lasts. This obviously won't work for everyone but it's 100% worth giving it a try.

YES YES YES!
This stuff is great. My two month old son is drinking 6-9oz so obviously my body could not keep up with him(I was only producing 4-5 oz because that's the amount a normal two month old would consume). It increased my supply each pump over an ounce, even two sometimes. I pretty much exclusively pump because my son's latch is too strong and I just went back to work which is when supply typically drops but thanks to this stuff, it has been the opposite. There are a few things to be aware of though: 1. This does not mix well into water or milk. The powder chunks sit on top of the milk even when you stir, shake, and let sit. The good news is that it doesn't taste bad even with the chunks. 2. Do not take anywhere near bedtime! I made that mistake, woke up with milk everywhere(despite having pads in my bra) and was so engorged that my milk struggled to let down... BUT I pumped 7 ozs from each breast and had to switched bottles mid pump because I had filled them up(1am-645am without pumping). 3.MAKE SURE YOU DRAIN YOUR BREASTS COMPLETELY! This powder increased my production to the point that when I stopped mid pump at work a couple times due to time restraints, it resulted in clogged milk ducts in my armpit. I swear this pain was worse than labor. 4. And lastly, just as a heads up, the day you don't take the powder, you will see a significant decrease in production.

Potent and Tasty Aid to Milk Supply
About 1 month after giving birth I noticed a scary decrease in my milk supply. I exclusively pump and bottle feed and I was so certain initially because I had a full storage rack in my fridge of milk ready and waiting everyday but that stock full rack very quickly went down to as little as a single serving after every pump and feeding. I was stuffing my face with oatmeal, drinking so much water etc but no change so I decided I needed some help and found upspring at my local target along with a box of mothers milk tea because I had heard good things. After about a week’s use of the drink mix I was feeling reassured that it would work but because I was just testing it I thought the mother’s milk will help to round out whatever change the upspring made for me. The result was a significant increase in my supply, like eyebrow raising increase. I was so excited to see how quickly the drink effected my supply however after a few days without it as I then began to test the mothers milk tea I just knew I wouldn’t sustain the same result so I’ve purchased upspring regularly ever since. I drink two packs a day, mixed into warm water. The taste is great and I always enjoy the chocolate treat before bed. As my baby is growing now 3 months I’m still confident that this mix is aiding my supply. Purchasing upspring is about the same investment as buying formula but it’s money well spent. This product is pretty potent although I’ve noticed during my menstrual cycle my supply takes a small dip for a day or two so i may begin to drink an extra pack during for a day or two when I anticipate that change but otherwise upspring has been very reliable for this far.
