It smells great and it is good for your bones !!

Who knew salt did so much/
Before taking this salt as a supplement daily, I suffered headaches from the heat and severe muscle cramps. I never knew that salt was required on a cellular level to deliver the water through the cell walls. So you can be dehydrated , even while drinking plenty water if you are lacking salt!. It also is sourced from a trusted site, and had over 90 minerals our body needs. I will never not take this salt again!

Mineral deficiency
Most of us don’t realize how mineral deficient we are. Unless we are buying organic we basically are eating deficient foods. Pretty colorful but empty. Use this product to put back what is missing. Use it for seasoning and also for hydration. This is not the ground salt that causes blood pressure problems.

I'd give "0" stars if I could
I ordered 8oz (pack of 6) Light grey celtic sea salt for about $32. What I received was 1-8oz pkg.....so where's the other 5 pkgs??? There is no way I'd ever pay $32 for 1-8oz pkg of salt.

Amazing product
Absolutely love this, is now my new favorite salt!! Plus the health benefits of all the minerals makes it that much better!!

Very wet
It's a good product but one start off due to being very wet. I can't even get the salt out of the bag with lot still stick to the bag. It's such a messy job to get all the salt out.

3 different magnesium molecules for better hydration!
I was using pink Himalayan sea salt but Barbara O'Neil, naturopath says Celtic has 3 different magnesium molecules so you get better hydration from Celtic sea salt. The color is a bit grey, pink Himalayan looks better, and they both have 84 minerals. Magnesium is the King of Minerals with over 300 uses in the body, so Celtic it is. I keep my salt grinder in a baggie, the magnesium causes Celtic to absorb water when it is humid.
