Great piece of kit to add to training kit
Easy to fit on ankles. Can be used for wrists as well. Can be used in exercise classes to add more resistance or for walking. Perfect velcro strap length but could be difficult to put on if you are infirm or have a disability. Value for money. . Would recommend

Does the job, fit is uncomfortable for me
These are reasonably heavy and therefore do not feel very secure on the wrists and ankles. You really have to pull the Velcro tight and i worry about the longevity of the strap. However, although not particularly comfortable for me, they do the job.

Looks good Shame about the feel
This seems to be a well made product but the practicality isn't great. For starters the weight is very firm (doesn't bend just folds into a triangle) and hard to mold around your ankle and didn't even fit on my wrists. I was planning to use it for some physio exercises I was given but due to the inability to mold it completely around the ankle the strap rubs around the ankle/Achilles (depending which way you decide to place it) Shame as the weight and build are good. Well be returning.

Phew! Heavier than I expected whether on feet or wrist! I probably should've gone one notch lighter. But good.

Awful quality
Terrible quality! The ring to lock it in place is too far out and it ends up being pressed hard on your ankle, it hurts after 5 minutes of wear, even with thick socks on. I compared it with a pair I bought at Aldi and the quality is so much better. The Aldi ring is positioned further back so that it doesn't rest fully on your ankles. Secondly the sand is distributed in small pockets so that it doesn't move around. This one is one single bag and the sand moves around and leave an empty gap on top (see picture), when you put it on the bulk and the weight is really uneven. The velcro strap quality is also terrible, it feels like it's made out of a thin piece of plastic. After only one time of wearing it, it's scuffed and ruined, I can't imagine it lasting long.

Too heavy and poor fit
These were far too heavy for what they claim to be and ended up hurting more than helping. I also found that they weren’t strong enough to hold themselves properly in place while wearing them. They didn’t fit my wrists at all either, even though I wouldn’t consider myself particularly small. Overall they just didn’t work well for me and I wouldn’t recommend them.
