The pitcher itself feels sturdy, and I like that it’s BPA-free. The filter lasts a good while (about 100 gallons before needing a change), and swapping it out is simple. Pouring is smooth too, no leaks or awkward drips. It does have a bit of weight when full, but that’s expected with a larger capacity. I live in Las Vegas where the water is terrible. This makes a huge difference in the taste of coffee. I had a Zero Water previously which took out too much of what your body needs and made me feel sick. After researching Waterdrop, I made the right choice. No issues. My water tastes great now.

I had tried another brand but was not happy. I love the Waterdrop. Fills pretty quickly. I really like it having the Alkaline feature. Having had cancer this feature helps to keep acidity lower in the body. The container and handle are made well. Filters work well. The water has no nasty taste or smell. Fresh like mountain water. Absolutely recommend this purifier.

I have gotten this filter twice now and love it! I like the quality of the water and it makes it more alkalinic which is perfect! It holds a lot of water and is super easy and quick to refill, it never leaks and the design is super modern to match my kitchen

Pitcher is great. good filter. super per easy to clean. No report on the durability yet, but i wouldn't be rough with it. The picture suggests that it comes with two filters, but it only comes with one. not at all a deal breaker tho

Bought this for my mom. She drinks a lot of water. Water from this is smooth and tastes great. She loves it so I'm happy with it.

Good quality and sturdy

I bought brand new it worked well for a while until the blue light on the lid would not stop blinking until it died completely. Customer service wouldn’t help me so I just got fed up and bought another one and now it’s blinking now and won’t stop even if I hold down the button. So you just gotta keep buying these pitchers because there is no replacement battery. Great pitchers if you wanna keep replacing them. The alkaline water is great BUT!
