Our earrings are made of copper plated with 18k gold. These pearl earrings will not turn your skin or itself green or red. Nickel free lead free and hypoallergenic.

Are the clasp suppose to click and close?

They don't necessarily have to click but they definitely should close, one of mine clicks but the other doesn't but it Does close tight
