Great ice pack. I’ve used it a couple dozen times already. The gel beading is soft and squishy, so it’s comfy on your back when leaning on it. The strap could be a little longer as I’m a bigger gal, but a few less cookies and I’m sure it would be fine.

I was in agony waiting for a hip replacement after covid-19 started. The pain transferred down my leg and made my knee also hurt just as bad as the hip. These wraps were what gave me the only relief for 6 months until my surgery. I wore them out and was happy to buy more. I know they were meant for backs but they worked around my knee which was hugely swollen. Now because of the surgery my foot swells occasionally so I wrap it around the foot for a bit.

I would have given this item 5 stars except for the fact that it seems like it could have a few more hot/cold beads inside. They tend to group into 2 sections leaving the 3rd with relatively few left. Also what the picture doesn't show you is that it comes with a velcro strap for securing it to whatever you are using it for. The strap was a nice bonus but was not listed in the description of this item. Overall though this is a great heating a cooling pack and I highly recommend it for anyone. Oh and anyone purchasing this make sure you read the instructions on the wrap and do not heat it too long that is how I ruined my last one.

I love this TheraPearl hot/cold pack. I bought two. I can heat one in Microwave when I want a hot pack on my back, (it literally takes seconds to heat). The other one I have for the freezer if I need a cold pack (it takes longer to get it cold). The REALLY GREAT thing about this particular hot/cold pack is it has a strap with velcro you can actually wear like a belt and comfortably walk-about still getting the benefits of the warmth on your sore spot.

The plastic on the broke at the seam after wearing it one time. The beads leaked out.

Not a bad ice wrap. Used it for quite a while before the side split an the little gel beads started spilling out. Interestingly, this is the same model sold at Target (packaged for them) but at 2 1/2 times the price! Remember when Amazon had a button to report price gougers and people violating the TOS. Apparently they noticed that when you get robbed, they get a bigger cut.

Lovely product! The small pearls and the well made ice pack with the sturdy Velcro strap is wonderful! Plan to buy another!
