A common issue with flax oil is that it can taste rancid or bitter. This one tastes fresh, mild, and slightly nutty, which suggests good quality and proper storage. I use 1 tablespoon in smoothies. Mix it into my yogurt or oatmeal Added to salads or dressings. I use it in Budwig diet

Very high-quality and delicious Flaxseed Oil
We use this for two reasons: one, for seasoning cast iron skillets (works excellent to promote a nonstick surface); and two, for health benefits. I usually put a tablespoon or two into a cup of plain yoghurt and it's delicious. Very mild, and pleasant tasting.

Flaxseed oil
Could tell it had sat on warm temperatures & not cool because the bottom of the bottle was expanded to where it won't sit flat on the counter. Flax oil has to stay in a cool place.

High quality
I use this solely for seasoning my cast iron pans and it has been working very well. My pans are non-stick for serval dinners. Not sure what else it can be used for but I would recommend for anyone looking for a seasoning oil.
