Dessert breaks in mold-need help with usage
Dear Seller I recently bought the Silikomart Savarin Promise 65 Mold, and I’m having trouble using it. When I tried making panna cotta, the silicone mold was too flexible, and the dessert broke apart. I also noticed the red support mold in the package, but I’m not sure how to use it. Could you please explain its purpose and how to use it properly? Thank you for your help!

Hab die Silikonform für meine Abschlussprüfung als Köchin verwendet, gute Qualität, funktioniert gut, am besten funktioniert es wenn man sie einfriert, im Schockfroster gab es auch kein Problem , gängige Größe, gute Tellerportion für Desserts, die Ausstechen sind auch sehr praktisch dazu
