One in the morning and one in the evening, however, I found I would forget to take that one. So I started taking them both in the morning once again I experienced some gut distress. It seems to be leveling out and I definitely do not feel as bloated and gassy as I normally would so that's a good thing. Thus potency per capsule is not 30 billion but15 billion only.This way I find the advertisement bit tricky. But I have observed that most of the manufacturers follow the same trick. Legally it may be acceptable but morally it should not be.
