Can I draw on the matte paper muse instead of printing?

I have not used it that way, but maybe buy a smaller pack of the paper and try it. I don’t know why not as long as you don’t put holes in it while drawing. Sorry not much help.

How long does it usually take to dry?

I let it sit for at least 5 min. Also, if you are using this as a label for anything liquid (hand sanitizer, homemade wine, dressing etc) make sure you do a plastic clear tape over it. The color will run with alcohols and most vinegars.
