The gray sections even have a touch of adhesive that helps them stay in place, which I really like. They add great cushioning but don’t change the fit of the shoe or make me feel taller since the design is slim. The quality feels very high, and as someone who isn’t an athlete, I find them extremely comfortable for everyday wear. All sneakers have a moderate amount of cushion, but no where enough when it comes to being comfortable and walking/ standing all day long. I am a college student at a UC and walk close to 6000+ steps a day whilst lugging a 50lb backpack. And I have a number of shoes from nikes, Jordan's and vans which I all would say are pretty moderate when it comes to comfort But I randomly came across this insole and decided to give it a try, and here how I tested if it was worth the investment - I replaced the insole of one Nike air Jordan 1 with aid sole Athletic insole, and left the other shoe with the original insole it came with. at first I noticed it was much more supportive and my foot was cradled by the curves of the insole much more competed to the original sole, which left my shoe feeling like there was a bunch of space under my arc. At the end of the day I did notice my show with the insole much less fatigued than the one without OVERALL: I would definitely recommend replacing he insole (instead of just placing it on top of the existing one) usually it just takes a little effort to peel it off the shoe Bc it's held down with a mild glue This insole did a great job in replacing the original insole and providing comfort and support Here are pics of the original sole of my air Jordan 1's compared to the cushioning of the sof sole insole

The rubber sole seems durable and is bouncy enough to offer good padding support. The arch is the ideal height for my rather flat feet. The length fit inside the shoes I ordered them for. The downside to these insoles for me, though, is the fact that they are narrow enough in the toe box where they left 1/8-1/4" of gap between my toes/foot ball and the edge of my wide toebox shoes.

I have tried a few different brands of insoles. I bought one of these and put them in my Pickleball shoes. I could definitely tell a difference after one day. After giving him a weeklong test run I have slowly been putting these insoles in all of my athletic shoes. They do help with fatigue in the ball of my foot area for being on my toes and split stepping while playing pickle ball. They alleviate the pain of constant starting and stopping. I usually play and six or seven match round robin events, and I can tell a difference at the end. They are definitely worth it. I replace the normal insoles and the shoes fit the same. The size range on these is very close and they are easy to fit the shoe. Love these things they are a game changer.

I have tried lots of different insoles. I weight 250 lbs, knees, ankles, heels hurting for standing all day. These insoles have surprised me. I can feel the perfect softness, cushiness, not too soft like the original insoles in shoes or even in expensive shoes, yet these insoles are not hard eighter. I can feel the softness, pain free, no more pain in my ankles, knees, nor my heels. I recommend everyone to give these insoles a shot. I'm not disappointed. Simple the perfect cushion. No need for arch support, eventhough im flat footed, this are doing the job of keeping my steps soft as if walking on air.

I expected more based on the reviews. I haven’t run in them yet but walked plenty. It’s comfortable but thinner, so not as much cushioning to feel any different than what came with the sneakers. I don’t have foot pain but my feet get tired easily so we’ll see.

Best inserts. Im on my feet at work as a 1st responder, on concrete, asphalt, marble, etc....and my knees and hips started hurting. Tried these, and its made a difference.

Fixing in buying a second pair for my golf shoes. Love the cushion support that these gave me in my sneakers. Cut them down to the perfect size and I’m confident you’ll like these as well.

Have purchased these before and am happy with them they are a great insole for a replacement or just a little extra support & cushion and fit my boots great.

It said size 13-14, I take a 13 and I didn’t come close to inside edge of my shoe.

it does what it described , fits into the shoes without any problem, didnt even need to cut the sides or anything. I was buying this for outdoor run , before this product my original Nike sole had already worn out . Bought a coconut with wool sole ,however it didnt give much feedback during the run. The first thing I noticed for this sole, is that it feels like a floaty lift during my walk, both jump and run not just it's very responsive feed back, I noticed the distance of each step actually increase. would recommend and 100% going to buy again.
