I normally always wait 6 months or more before writing reviews to make them as accurate as possible and to see the affects long term . But I’ll write what information I can to help now . They are easy to swallow gel capsules so no horrid aftertaste you get from normal tablets . My partners been taking them about a month and a half and has felt slightly better in himself . But will update when it’s been A lot longer .

Wouldn't order again I've taken probably 10 at max and this was reducing to 1 a day then 1 every other day. Taste and smell is vile. Constantly repeated on me then kept giving me a dodgy tummy. Not taking anymore.

Pills are easy to swallow, thanks to their film. They are flavourless, as far as I can tell.
