Easy to use, clean floors after!
The short story is it is easy to use and works so well! I would purchase it again without a thought if i needed. Floors look amazing! The long story... I was hesitant to buy this but I really needed to get something. We have a 60 pound lab mix and just got an Irish Setter puppy. Both love going inside and outside all day. Vacuuming our house and using a hand push Bona just became impractical. (Tile downstairs and LVP upstairs, no carpet other than rugs.) I had been willing to pay the almost $1000 price tag on the Dyson Submarine, but the reviews and videos just didn't make me a believer. (We currently have a cord and cordless Dyson so we are already brand supporters). I found that this item and the product description made sense as well as the video and reviews. The packaging was over engineered, no chance the items inside could be damaged unless run over by a bus. Assembly was very easy, it was pretty much already fully put together. I can't say anything about the cleaning samples they sent, I have just been using water or water with a small touch of vinegar, but there were 3 that came with it. But my floors!!! Wow!!! I wet the mop heads before use with water and when I turn this on it simply glides over the tile floors. The amount of fluid you squirt while cleaning will lengthen drying time but my tile dries in about 2-10 minutes. The LVP I am more judicious with the spray so it dries faster, more like 1-2 minutes. The dogs walk around on the floors before the water dries but I never see prints when dry (tile and LVP are a faux wood plank, walnut color.) The mop heads are white when you get them but they certainly won't stay that color. The first use amazed me in how much dirt and dust we had... like ewe^10. After one use and a wash in the washer they were a light gray. After using them weekly for about three months they have settled into a nice medium gray tone after going through the washer. It amazes me how dirty these two dogs and two people can be! But my floors look and feel amazing. I do vacuum the floors first, then use the Bissel. For my downstairs (1000 square feet) I am done in about 30-45 minutes. Upstairs there are more items to move around as well as closets and bathrooms to go in and out of. I would say upstairs (1000 square feet) is more like 45 - 60 minutes. Again, those times include vacuum and mop use as well as dry time.) It comes with two or three sets of mop heads I think, but I bought extra so that I could trade them out as they got dirty and get a couple with more umph at scrubbing if needed. (Have not needed the scrubbers yet.) I use 2-3 sets downstairs since that is higher traffic and can usually get away with just one, sometimes 2, upstairs. They are velcro and I haven't had any issues with them coming off during use so far. The soft side of the velcro is on the mop head so they don't snag on things in the washer. I am 💯 in love with this product. I won't say I look forward to cleaning, but I do love how clean the floors feel to walk on after I am done. My husband is a super fan of the product as well!!! My dogs, the jury is still out with them. Added benefit - our puppy was smart and potty trained pretty easily. But there were accidents for the first few months. We got this item when she was about 2 1/2 months old, but the main room we kept her in had a little urine smell to it. After using this product for a couple weeks the smell was gone completely.

Toss your mops and let this little, lightweight machine do the scrubbing!
I love this machine. We have sealed wood and limestone floors and they’ve never looked cleaner. We’ve lived in this home for 25 years and until seeing this machine on a list of products recommended by a reviewer we came across on Instagram, we never thought of cleaning our floors any other way than with a microfiber mop and spray bottle of cleanser. But the Amazon reviews of this device were enthusiastic, its price was so modest, and returning Amazon purchases is so easy that I decided to give it a try. We are very grateful that I did. The machine is quiet, light, and very easy to maneuver. The pads are easy to install and remove, and it’s great that for that price you get 2 sets of regular pads and 1 set of heavy duty pads. The sample cleaners are concentrated and lasted longer than I had imagined given their size, did an excellent job, and left no residue. The bottle which holds the cleanser on the machine is easy to remove and has lines showing you how much cleanser and water to use for both small jobs and large ones. The bottom line is that there is no way that we would be willing to expend the energy required to push a mop head back and forth over a section of floor as many times as this little machine does so quickly and easily with its simple spinning motion. And that’s why our floors now look so remarkably good!

Bissell spinwave pet hard floors cleaner
I am disabled using a manual mop is very painful. This bissell spinwave mop has made it easier for me to clean my floors. It's a bit on the heavy side ( at least for me ) to pick up and move however, it is electric and is powerful and its sturdy so I would expect it to be heavier. And it does take a bit to get use to using it. Kinda gets away from me when mopping but it could be just specific of my disability. Im still getting use to it. Its worth the price is it does a good job. The pads and are good quality and are washable. It's sturdy built. I still would highly recommend it. And I like the.fact it's helping animals too when I purchase Bissell products.

Better than most electric wet mops
I previously used a Shark sonic duo, which was a two speed unit that shuffled the pads forward and backward. It was easy to navigate and did an excellent job. Compared to that, the Bissell Spinwave does about as well, although with a few differences. a) since the spinwave pads move in a circular fashion, if you accidentally let a pad touch a floor rug, the unit quickly spins out of control and you must fight it back into position (why? because while the pads travel in opposite directions keeping the unit straight on a smooth surface, if one pad hits something, the whole unit spins according to the direction of that one pad) ; b) the pads on the Bissell are either soft or scrubby, but not both at once like the sonic duo. So, if you change your mind while mopping, you must stop and change the pads. c) the cleaning solution for hardwoods seems to dry fast and leave no residue, although it is not "shiny" as they claim. I believe the solution from Bona actually leaves a better finish, and should work just fine in this machine. d) since each pad is moving in only one direction, the fibers tend to get dirty only on one side, leading to less capacity to hold dirt. You'll notice this when you remove the pads to clean them. Whereas, on the sonic duo the fibers were forced back and forth, allowing dirt to collect on both sides of the fibers (twice the holding capacity). But, knowing this, if you are working in a large area, or more dirt than usual, you learn to simply change pads more often. e) The sonic duo had led lights on the front, allowing you to really see where there may be water spots or other dirt that needed extra cleaning. This unit has no lights. Overall, I'm still quite pleased and think it will work fine. It's just requires a few changes to my routine. The pads seem to be tough and durable and should last a long time. They also clean up well. I don't machine wash them, rather I wash by hand with detergent and a brush, then wring them out and hang to dry.
