One problem is battery ,so use rechargable battery. There is no need to search everywhere for good multimeter. Just go for it, u won't regret it. It was able to detect AC/DC in NCV mode. It USES 2 AAA batteries, which are included in box. Cable is good quality,Medium thickness. Display has good light, doesn't feels cheap in hand. Knob is tight, not loose like cheap once. Plastic is good quality, multimeter has rubber like outer covering. No temperature,No capacitance check. It's overall good for me I just a hobbyist not a professional , I don't need multimeter frequently.
