The E07 message was due to the fact that I forgot to attach the red emergency clip to the machine. Wish the display would say just that rather than giving a code. Excellent customer service! ************ Two stars: I really wanted to love this treadmill, but it broke after just 3 days. Here are some pros and cons: Pro: 1. Size: Perfect size for my 5'3 frame. 2. VERY quiet. I was on a conference call, and nobody heard it when I was walking on it. 3. Wheels: Very handy if you have to move it around. 4. Design: The appearance is simple, stylish without being overtly modern, so it matched with my traditional furniture in the house. 5. The remote is easy to navigate and simple to use. Con: 1. Size: My 6' son found it too limiting for him. 2. Weight: At 70 lbs, it is not easy to move if you use it in a carpeted room. I moved it to a room with hardwood floors.
