Proov is great to tract ovulation and then confirm it! This bundle is very efficient and the app helps you know when to test.

I'm still not done with using the Confirm box, but I love the fact that it makes my life so much easier by just snapping a picture of the test and the app does the reading for me. No confusion or guessing, for both Predict and Confirm. It's very easy to use, and it gives you a specific value for each test and informs you when you reach peak fertility. Highly recommended if you've been TTC.

Proov has been so easy to use! The app is user friendly and reminds you clearly when to test. It’s accurate and worth the money! Even one month when I wasn’t sure if I ovulated, the confirm tests helped show me that I did indeed ovulate that month!

If you are trying to conceive, these were so easy to use. They confirmed that I did ovulate and checked my levels and easy to scan with the app!

These tests are so helpful- but more than anything the community behind this company is validating, helpful and makes this daunting fertility journey not feel so lonely. Highly reccomend !

3 stars for the confirm version 1 star for the predict I've used hormone test strips for 12 years! I use Marquette University NFP method. Their researchers recommended clear blue machine and wondfo lh strips as second check. I just use the wondfo now I'm in regular cycles and avoid pre ov. I'm getting into perimenipause and cycles are a bit weird now, and I bought the proov confirm to see if I ovulated. I accidentally bought proov confirm and predict (lh strips) in combo pack. So I'm using up the predict ones. They are terrible! Check out the comparison picture. Bottom test is Wondfo and top is Proov predict. First morning urine. Dipped in separate cups from same void. I have used three tests so far and the test line even is all faint. They would be terrible to either predict you are ovulating or confirm lh surge, either to DTD or avoid. You can see the clear test line and a crisp proper line with Wondfo. I know these sticks, they are accurate and great. The compared proov ones make it look like lh is nearly totally gone! Even the test line looks unhealthy. Expensive too. Not expired either (may 2026) The confirm ones are disappointing too because I have done testing and trial testing (baseline etc), and my test sticks usually have a very very faint pink line. Which technically that's negative. But I've seen true negative just before period and they are solid pink lines. Same with baseline (though they may have been more faint). It takes about 6-8 days for progesterone to register on this and get fainter. They did allude in the packaging that maybe someone's normal might be a little different. When I see the very very pink lines I know I ov (based on careful knowledge of my cycles for years) bc I also had lh surge and mittelschmerz about 12-24 hours later.

I really liked the app that came with this . I used other test strips and they were not as accurate . I believe this one really helped me get pregnant after my loss. It tracked my ovulation at a higher rate than other strips. I would trust this over other strips.

Bottom line is that the “confirm” strips, which are meant to confirm that you’ve ovulated, do not work. These strips told me that I had NOT ovulated during the cycle I used them for. I am now 36 weeks pregnant from that same cycle. Clearly I had ovulated and yes I followed the directions as close as humanly possible. The test caused unnecessary stress for me since when I got my positive pregnancy strip, I was paranoid that my progesterone levels might be too low to sustain the start of the pregnancy. I had nothing to worry about though. Every time my hormone levels were checked by my OB, they were totally fine. I wanted to leave this review since I know how important this kind of information is when you’re ttc. It needs to work! We’re bombarded by so many different products to help out that it can make you feel crazy trying to find the ones that’ll actually help. And while I appreciate the owner’s journey and desire to provide something to fill a need, the bottom line is that the strips are not accurate. I just hate the notion that there might be women out there who might be getting a reading that says they’re not ovulating when they actually are. It’s disheartening to say the least. This journey is hard enough without that added confusion. I also saw that there were others who had posted reviews with a similar story (negative reading but then got pregnant) and it gave me some reassurance during that period where I thought my progesterone might be too low. I hope this helps give some hope/reassurance to others.

I found Proov really helpful and easy to use. You can take pictures of the strips and upload them to the Proov app which is really accurate. I've found it detects ovulation a little later than the cheaper strips but with much greater accuracy! Also, the progesterone strips are a game changer and really help you to understand if you might have low progesterone which is stopping you conceiving. Oh and the Proov support team are incredible! They are sooo responsive (like respond within an hour!) and always willing to help.

I bought this to see if I ovulate which it did show and it confirmed I usally buy the easy home because it's much cheaper I would recommend this proov if you can afford it

Easy to use this test. Amazing customer support for reassurance of results. App is easy to use to view test results. Guidance on the app has been useful. It showed I was light on pdg and gave tips for increasing this. I’m working on these and retesting this month. I’m also hoping it’ll help when we have our doctors appointment to show them the results. Would highly recommend.

This product is so helpful for women who are trying to understand their cycle better. Not only are the tests easy to use, the customer support is very hands on and helpful if you have some further questions!

I would recommend if your trying for a baby I have only started using last month and it is very accurate, helped me also to comfirm my ovulation as I though I wasn't proov is the best around 👍👍👍👍👍👍 10/10
