SQUARE SQ1 Instant Camera, Chalk White

I bought this camera for my boyfriend as a gift and he loves it. It feels really special and always comes out on special occasions, birthdays, parties, with family etc. The film isn't cheap so that's why we save it for important moments, but not always! The colour of this is so nice and a bit different to other polaroid cameras out there. It's also really easy to use, feels nice in your hands and the pictures come out great. There's definitely a learning curve to using a polaroid camera and it might take you a couple of tries the first time you use it, but don't be discouraged if your first photo doesn't turn out the way you expected. Make sure you read the instructions properly for both the camera and the film, maybe watch a YouTube tutorial and you'll figure it out. The photos look lovely and are really nice to give as small gifts, party favours or to use as decorations or in scrapbooks.

I bought the Instax Square 1 for my girlfriend and we took it away on holiday. It turned out to be one of the best things we packed. The photos have a lovely vintage feel and the square format looks great . Some of our favourite holiday shots came from this camera. It’s really simple to use, even if you’ve never picked up an instant camera before, and it feels solid in your hands. There’s something fun about having a physical photo straight away, rather than just another picture on your phone. We’ve already got a small collection of prints on the fridge and they’re a nice reminder of the trip. If you’re after something easy to use that brings a bit of nostalgia and produces photos you’ll actually keep, this is a brilliant choice. The only thing you have to be careful of is ovexposing your images. I really like that look but in direct sun they can be super overexposed. It takes some getting used to but the final product is more often than not something we absolutely love.

Daughter has absolutely loved this camera. Overall its pretty great. Though obviously its tricky to make sure you get the picture you want... and you dont get a second chance 😉. The quality of the photo could be better and it seems quite sensitive to light. But! This is for a 10 year old and she's really enjoying it. So it was a great xmas pressie.

Good Polaroid camera, a nice size and weight and the images are a good compromise between being a bit bigger than the tiny ones but a lot cheaper than the larger ones!

I understand some people want ultra HD clear photos, but this camera captures exactly what I was looking for, faded and vintage style photos. It has a special style that reminds me of Polaroids and high resolution doesn't capture the style these cameras are designed for. Truly is fantastic quality. The only issue is the button for taking the photos but as long as you take care you shouldn't have too many issues, but will certainly be easy to forget. The film has a first use slide that comes out to presumably calibrate the slides into position (though the camera does not come with supplied slides, only batteries) Well worth the money.

The camera quality is poor and the most irritating part is that the button is placed weirdly that mis click is bound to happen and there is no way to revert back. Also the pictures are coming blur!!! Complete waste of money!!!!!

It took some time to get used to the difference between the mods of the cam and I found that taking pictures in natural light is so much more beautiful than taking them indoors they turn out dark but overall very beautiful and so happy with it

J’ai acheté le Fujifilm Instax Square SQ1 récemment et je l’adore. La prise en main est ultra simple : on insère le film, on tourne l’objectif et c’est parti ! Les photos sortent tout de suite et le rendu carré est vraiment sympa, ça change du format classique. Les couleurs sont vives et les clichés ont ce petit côté vintage que j’aime beaucoup. Le design est top aussi, compact et stylé — je l’ai pris en bleu glacier et il attire toujours les regards. Le seul petit bémol, c’est le coût des films, mais franchement le plaisir d’avoir des souvenirs instantanés entre amis compense largement. 👉 En bref : un appareil parfait pour garder des moments authentiques, sans se prendre la tête.

Lo que más me agrada es tener el momento” en ese preciso momento, un recuerdo presente. Es lo que hace una cámara fotográfica.
