The same uncle who has been so kind and supportive through his struggles with brain cancer. I highly value his considerable warmth and devotion to his nephew and me. My husband has been blessed with the most amazing family, to say the least. Well, when Gene visited he explained that his cousin was staying with him and his wife who are both in their eighties. The cousin happens to be an exceptional cook and goes above and beyond in the cuisine of Mexican food. I told Gene I’d love to have her fix us a Mexican meal sometime. Gene is no one to procrastinate, so he said he’d call her right away. As he spoke with his cousin, he asked us if we could come over that very night. Well, we could and we did. She said it was her cousin’s idea to use this utensil and I asked her cousin what it was called. “I guess you call it a hamburger chopper”, she told lme. Well, that thing – whatever it was called, worked amazingly well at fixing the hamburger meat for tacos. I was definitely impressed. When I went home later that evening, I looked up hamburger chopper on desertcart and found the utensil. It came in packs of two and I ordered a set in red. I’ve only used one of them one time so far, but I am so impressed with this utensil. It’s perfect for chopping up hamburger in the pan. **Q: How does this ground meat chopper compare to Farberware?**
A: TMEDW meat gchopper has an ergonomic soft handle and thumb rest, and 5 sharp blades make it the most comfortable meat masher to use for separating and breaking up ground meats in the pan. In contrast, the Farberware meat chopper, the blade is not sharp enough to handle tougher ingredients.

**Q: Is it better than the Pikorce chopper?**
A: IDK about the Pikorce but I personally love this gadget for ground beef.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally a Meat Chopper That Doesn’t Give Up Mid-Cook

I picked this up after my previous meat chopper snapped during a normal cook, so durability was my main concern. This one immediately feels more solid. The 5 curved blades break up ground beef faster and more evenly without having to constantly reposition or press hard. It handles heat well and doesn’t flex or feel like it’s going to fail when working through thicker portions. Cleanup is straightforward, and it gets into corners of the pan better than my last one. Overall, it’s a noticeable upgrade—more efficient, sturdier, and just easier to use. Exactly what I was hoping for after the last one broke.
