Love this book, it is absolutely packed with information
Its pricey but worth every penny. Lots of detail and suggestions to get you going. We are adding MSP to our offering, so I bought all three books.

Easy, informative, read
I purchased all three: Managed Services, Cloud Services, and SMB Agreements. All three are great books in my opinion. Easy to read, has sources to further information, etc..

This book helps to understand how to integrate or add cloud services to your offering. The descriptions and explanations are clear and concise, right to the point.

This is the Future!
I setup a law firm client according to Karl's recommendations. Their shared Cloud drive works so well that I haven't seen the client in over a year. One of the partners told me they haven't called because their systems are so reliable. I used Karl's batch files to setup a reverse backup so the Cloud files are backed up locally in the event of an Internet failure. Yet they haven't had to use it!

Karl is a good author and this is a great book. Take your computer service business to a cloud service provider on only one month. Yes it is possible. A must have!
