Such an easy way to feed my leopard gecko! Much cleaner than crickets, doesn’t go bad like mealworms.

My elderly leopard gecko who has a hard time seeing will eat this. I still give him insects but he has a hard time catching them. He got skinny so I also give him this gel to supplement his food. He doesn’t eat it all the time, but will accept it when he wants to. I will squeeze out a small piece and roll it between my fingers to make it a worm shape. Then I’ll leave it by his face so he can smell it. The first squeeze is oily so I just wipe that part away. Sometimes I will leave pieces around his tank and he’ll eat it off the ground. Other times he will leave them so they’ll dry up and I’ll just pick them up and throw it away.

Just got this today. My Leo girl willingly took it! Not once but twice! There was also no odor. The consistency could honestly be a little better. It likes to stay together and stay in the pouch. I also had to roll it up in my hands into little worm shapes because it doesn’t come out like that, which was honestly kinda gross. But it didn’t smell at all, so it’s fine. My Leo is a picky eater, and has been super spoiled on wax worms, so I am surprised she likes this! I will update the review if something changes, as this is the first feeding with it. I also wish there were more clear instructions about how much to serve. Here’s a photo of her emerging from her hide because she wants more, lol.

Just get the carnivore care powder to make a paste and use that. This gel is gross.

Very good food I am very satisfied

I had high hopes, but my guys hated this product. I couldn't get them to touch it after the first taste. If your gecko likes the flavor of it, I can see how it would be quite convenient though.

My leopard gecko loved the taste of this! He ate a lot of it and always kept him full so it did its job. The texture is like a gel and does not smell great lol. i’ve bought this several times so it’s great for the money. My gecko did grow out of his however, as he doesn’t eat it anymore. thai could just be my gecko though. highly recommend!

Love this product, have ordered it numerous times. My leopard gecko loves this stuff compared other “Leo” insect substitutes, of course a true insect diet is ideal for leopard geckos but where I live it can sometimes be hard to get live bugs of decent size all year round, this has become my perfect winter substitute because he greedily takes it and helps him keep weight on. Definitely recommend.

Works well just Had to Pinch it off with plastic tweezers and wiggle it a bit to convince him to eat it

Amazing for geckos, in the beginning he didnt like it, but now after 1 month he loves it. dont look on other bad revies. this is Japanese food very quality and tasty for geckos

Ormai lo prendo da quasi un anno (prima in negozio e ora qui su Amazon) e mi trovo benissimo: il mio leopardino lo adora e soprattutto riesce a mangiarlo senza difficoltà, cosa che invece con gli insetti da pasto (ad esempio le tarme) stava avendo da qualche mese perché non riusciva a prenderle bene. Il geco impazzisce appena vede che tiriamo fuori il sacchettino per darglielo e ha la coda bella cicciotta. Veramente un buonissimo prodotto e una fantastica idea per chi fa fatica a tenere insetti in casa o ha un geco un po’ impedito come il mio. Unica pecca il costo molto elevato, quantomeno qui su Amazon.
