To the reviewers that can't figure out why the black knob is installed backwards, if you can't figure that out, you shouldn't be changing an engine. The knob is held in with a screw, loosely installed towards the assembly so it fits inside the box and doesn't snap off in shipping. A monkey could figure this out.
