Hi, the 40m are 2 x 20m strips and both connect to the controller, so the power and controller would be in the middle of the strip. I dont think connectors would work as the are IC LEDS. As for being used outside, im not sure, but they look to be fully coated and protected. Hope that helps.

Can you move it around like stick in one place and then move to another place to stick?

Hi Hanh119, we don't recommend you to do it, because the double-side tape is very sticky.
