Initially set it up using a 30cm long CSI cable, which worked but the colors were washed out and the video was quite laggy. Remembering I had these CSI to HDMI adapters, I thought I'd give them a try. Worked right away - no configuration changes required. The color was greatly improved and the video was now nearly full-time. I presume that the long-ish CSI cable was picking up interference which was somehow causing the video issues.
