Great starter set for sourdough baking
These proofing baskets are fantastic! I got into the sourdough trend this year (a little late, I know) and had been using a colander lined with a tea towel to proof my dough in the fridge. These banneton baskets definitely upleveled my game and now let me proof and bake two loaves at once. I just cover them with a shower cap in the fridge and let them proof overnight - works perfectly. They’re lightweight, hold their shape well, and are easy to clean after use. The included dough whisk is also great and makes mixing the starter and dough much easier. Overall, this is a solid set for anyone getting serious about sourdough baking.

I like that i could get one package to include most of my needs for baking bread. This included quality products and easy instructions for working with these tools. I would have liked the guide to reloading the scoring blade, though.

Having the right tools often makes tasks more fun and sometimes you don't realize how beneficial something is until you have it. Bench scraper has been a game-changer. The dough whisk is great. The lame makes artistry way more fun and easy. The baskets help make great loafs!
