Is this made for pods machine or capsule? pods are like tiny soft pancake, while capsules plastic and in a shape f a cylinder??? thanks

These are specifically made for The Lavazza Espresso Point machine... they are round plastic circular pods... they are not compatible with other machines..

Is there a refillable capsule?

No, these are disposable capsules. Me too for convenience. Refillable capsules are time consuming. If you want to refill to save money, might as well buy an automatic espresso machine that grinds the whole beans.

I bought the 100 pack and tried one. but they do not work with my lavazza kuerig. can i still return these?

This is best answered by Amazon. Returns are different for different items.
