Boomwhackers® C Major Pentatonic Scale Set (BWPG)

My granddaughters ages 8 and 4 came to our home after having their last "goodbyes" to their very ill puppy. The Boom whackers gave them a distraction from the sadness and brought smiles and sort of " musical therapy" which helped them cope. Not planned, but much appreciated.

Worked great for class project

I use these almost every week with my students. I bought this set to replace a few that were worn out. Handle with care, and you should be able to make music for quite awhile with them!

Fun and very useful for teaching kids and anyone really about notes and scales .

We bought the set of Boomwhackers for a 2 1/2 yr old boy. Once opened both he and his 5yr old brother went right to work at playing with it. They really like it. We actually made a cloth holder for the tubes like the one we saw at the Boomwhacker website (elastic strips hold tubes in place on spread of cloth like a xylophone and can roll the whole thing up) which works well to keep the activity from getting too wild - which we were concerned about if giving 2 little boys a set of plastic tubes to start swinging around and whacking things with. We also made our own drumsticks using wooden dowls glued into holes drilled in hard rubber balls.

Perfect gift for elementary music teachers!

I will be giving this to a young grandchild for his birthday, having already given it another a few years earlier. I had become acquainted with how great these are for music fun and experience while substitute teaching in a middle school music class. They were making some very fine music with them.

I wanted to add an upper octave, so didn't need all the notes and didn't need the octavators.

I bought this set of Boomwackers for my 4 year old granddaughter as a Christmas present. I was familiar with them at school where I worked when a visiting musician brought them in. Within a matter of minutes of opening them the whole family were creating rhythms. As well as great fun they teach a child about rhythms and beats. A good starter set for children.

simple et ludique (on tape , ca fait des notes) , mon fils de 2 ans 1/2 s'eclate et je mui apprends en plus le rythme et la musique ... bientot un orchestre sympho-wack ? (voir les videos sur youtube)

Avevo deciso all'ultimo momento di regalarli a mio figlio per la Prima Coimunione e sono arrivati il giorno dopo averli ordinati!! Sono tubi di plastica rigida resistente di tonalità diverse ed emettono quindi sonorità differenti percuotendoli su un tavolo, per terra o sul corpo (body percussion). Appena scartati mio figlio e due suoi amichetti hanno allestito un piccolo spettacolo di ritmi e suoni molto coinvolgenti... Non esitate ad acquistarli, successo garantito!!
