I haven’t been sick since I started taking it last year. Some people take it daily. I do not. I wait until I feel something in my throat then I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. Within 1-2 days, I’m great again. Next time it’s in sale, I’m buying 2-3 bottles!

I take one every day and more during cold and flu season and NEVER get sick. My husband, not so much... Maybe it seems too simple with the plethora of sexy supplements available but I swear by it and will never be without. Because of the antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties of monolaurin, I believe that this product is helping my immune system stay cleaner and stronger. I loved that I could get a higher dosage in this bottle than I normally get from a different brand. Really well priced too. Monolaurin is our go to during sickness so I will continue ordering this one when it is needed.
