Bought the Eyoyo Bluetooth 2D&1D Barcode Scanner to quickly manage inventory via barcodes and it has performed wonderfully. This barcode reader usually scans the barcodes really quickly. The only issue it has had was with a barcode covered in a really shiny plastic. It did have a little trouble with that but did eventually read the code. It is quite easy to setup and get using with a computer. You can either use the dongle provided for wireless connection to a computer or you can use the cable (also provided) if you are working close to a computer. You really do need to keep the manual stored somewhere close by. All the functionality for configuring the device, like turning beeps on or off, is done by QR codes stored in the manual. I suppose once you are happy with how you have it configured you may not need the manual on hand but definitely not something you would want to throw away. I haven't had any problems with the battery life. It works easily for the couple of hours between been connected directly to the computer. Overall I think that his is good value for money as I haven't had any problems and has done exactly as I needed without spending a huge amount of money.

See Amazon have lumped product reviews together again. This is for the EY-015. See below for review of EY-023 EY-015 --------- Let's be clear this is an occasional use only item. This having been said it seems to work perfectly for the challenges I have thrown it so far. It has all the advantages and disadvantages you'd expect from an item this small, which in essence boil down to - easy to carry, but fiddly to use. The manual is good and bad as well: for once it is, compared with other scanner manuals I have experienced, comprehensive and easy to use (albeit with somewhat fractured English in places). Main problem is that it is very, very small and difficult to read and use. You can, however, as I did, download the manual as a PDF from Enyo and print if at a suitable size. EY-023 -------- Slightly bigger and thus more comfortable for someone like me with large hands. Operation is virtually identical to early model except the ON/OFF actions are marginally different. For once on a scanner the Bluetooth works without problem, although it is noticeably slower than the 2.4G wireless connection. Can't get the mechanical switch off by holding down the volume key to work. The manual is approx 20% bigger than the EY-015's and thus easier to read: is is also A7 so much easier to print at a bigger scale.

This essentially works like most barcode scanners out there - acting like a Bluetooth or wired keyboard (if you do use the wired USB connection) that picks up the scanned data from the barcode and simply types it out for use in your software. You can configure the typing speed, vibration (on/off), beep (on/off, loud or quiet) and even whether to run the scanner continuously (instead of using the default configuration to scan when the button pressed). Brought this for a home project of mine and I'm quite impressed for the value for money.

Amazing little device, paired seamlessly with my MacBook and has made asset management with new equipment installs so much easier than trying to read any type out the serial numbers. The battery lasts all day because it automatically turns off after not being used for a few minutes meaning it's not going to waste its charge transitioning between sites or even rooms. Can't believe the price, so I will be getting more for my colleagues so we can get all our installs done faster!

The Eyoyo Scanner scans faster than some of the competitors models used by our company and it also reads barcodes that are not 100% in quality and from all angles and greater distances than others we have bought. It is also smaller in size. Customer service was really good in supplying us with a barcode to “name” each individual scanner so they could quickly be identified in a multiple Bluetooth list on our ipads

I purchased this product for a job working in Health Records for the NHS. This job typically involves a lot of scanning which is why I opted for a slim and small scanning gun as opposed to the larger, bulky, wired models. The product worked well and gave consistently accurate results day to day. The bluetooth receiver was a blessing for this product as it provided me a wireless experience leaving my desk free and unobstructed from cables. The only issue I have had with this product is that occasionally it decided to switch to “storage” mode where it stores barcodes rather than sending them to the receiver. To rectify this I only had to reconnect it using the QR codes in the small manual book. Although this was annoying it does not negate how well the product performed overall in making my job easier.

I bought this as I needed to be able to read QR codes and it was a nightmare, it does not have any software and there is no indication of it being linked to anything just a single button and a red or blue light. I struggled to get it connected to my PC Bluetooth and when I did it worked ONCE. Also you have to open word pad or Microsoft word (maybe other word programs will work) then wherever your curser is on the page it will paste the link on the page or whatever info the QR code/barcode provides. I mean really having to open a notepad off some kind and place my curser on it to get the info is kind of stupid. Basically I gave a 1 star on everything because 1, I never got to see the battery life as I gave up trying to get it to work after an hour of messing with this product. O and btw to check the battery you have to scan a QR code in the box and let it tell you on an open word pad or something. How wonderful .... 2, easy to use sure 1 button press is easy to use but trying to get it connected and provide the info you need way is a lot of work when you cant even get it connected reliably. 3, Value for money sure maybe if it worked but as it fails on so many levels its not worth anything. My advice find another product even if its a little more expensive its better than fighting this thing.
