Is this material good for outside for use on AC lines?

Yes That’s what I used on my unit.

Yes it is flexible. Cut to length, wrap around vapor line and peel off film and then stick together.

Is the inside diameter 3/4?

I bought this on 3 separate occasions. The first two shipments were dead-on 3/4” ID. I sent the third shipment back twice because the ID was 1” so it depends on who Amazon uses as the source. Try it. You might get lucky & get the right ID.

is this ok for ourdoor use?

Yes, it is a very well-made product, with a very aggressive adhesive on the 'join', but all foam insulation like this is going to sunlight-degrade over time. I would, for longevity's sake, wrap it with a tape made for this use? I used "gorilla" brand exterior-rated duct tape, from Amazon: it is paintable, with a good spray primer, and I wanted my AC hoses to blend in.
