Ingredients are healthy and no sugar no milk is also true. But taste is not so good. My baby ate it only twice. After that box is wasted. Then i made it to cookies or use mixed with regular flour to make chapatis.

It's very good and healthy product ..very helpful for travel time and easy to make. The taste is blunt so babies won't take it easily .add natural sweetner to enhance the taste. Seems very authentic flavour.
