Good for gluten-free uses

ok
A light gluten free bread. This is a small loaf which I use only for toast. Freezes well so I can use as needed. It is too dry for me to personally use for a sandwich, but everyone's tastes are different.

2nd Best gluten free bread
There is only one brand better than this one. Itโs just like normal bread perfect

Good texture, taste needs slight improving
It tastes good. A slight aftertaste on tongue but that could just be me, and I dont like that. The texture is like gluten bread, you would not know the difference. The yeast helps with that. Overall a decent gluten free bread that could be improved but most would be happy with.

Not good.
Sadly I developed a wheat intolerance a number of years back after a lifetime's habit of enjoying foods such as bread, pizza, and pasta. It is only in the last couple of years that I've switched to gluten-free alternatives where possible, rather than just mostly avoiding foods with wheat and then occasionally being unable to resist and immediately suffering the consequences for a day or so. Most alternatives have been pretty good, or at least, good enough to scratch the itch for my forbidden foods. Most will use rice flour, potato starch, and of course corn flour as alternatives to wheat, but where Warburtons seem to differ, as I discovered on eating this product, is that they use Tapioca flour and maize flour. Unfortunately, these seem to have a very, very negative effect on my digestion compared to rice flour and potato starch. Perhaps a part of it is that I never really eat maize, and haven't eaten tapioca since I was a schoolboy, and my body just rejects the unfamiliar, but I rather doubt that. My body has never behaved that way to other new-to-me products after all. Whatever the reason, this bread makes me extremely ill afterward, much as wheat itself does (perhaps with a little less actual pain, but no less discomfort), and again it lasts until my body has flushed every last trace from my system. It isn't even as if it is an especially good bread alternative. The Warburtons gluten free bread is kind or light and a bit dry, and it reminds me a lot of that diet bread my late mother used to have on diets - Nimble. Try toasting it and it turns into a very lightweight, crisp thing that really isn't a fair swap for actual bread. Overall, the bread itself isn't good, doesn't taste or have the texture of bread and the only enjoyable flavour in this bread that I found was in the seeds themself. Sadly I bought a couple, intending to freeze one, but given how bad the experience has been both as sandwiches and as toast, I think I have to find out if ducks and geese are a lot less fazed by how awful it is.

Needs more flavour
I was disappointed with this loaf. I didn't mind that many seeds in it and the texture was very dry and broken. There are better one's around. Nice square shape but overall disappointing.
