I lost 9 pounds in 15 days, with clean diet and exercise
I'd always been skeptical of weight loss/fat burner products, but a leg injury made proper cardio impossible for three months (so I drank beer instead) and I went from a fit 175 pounds to a soft 190. When I could do cardio again, I was a little desperate, so I thought I'd give this stack a try. I took it as directed and with 3 hours a day workouts and very clean eating (if anyone is interested, see below), I lost 9 pounds in 15 days. The skeptic in me wonders how much weight I would have lost had I not taken these supplements and just followed the same workout/diet regime. However, what I noticed most was that my appetite was greatly reduced and it was easy to control my usual cravings (chips in the afternoon, cookies at night), so it made it much easier to follow a super clean diet. I don't think I could have stuck to 1500 calories/day (see below) without this stack. I generally don't drink caffeinated drinks, and I did notice a fair amount of anxiety and jitteriness after taking Transform, particularly the second serving, but it was tolerable. So surprisingly, I recommend these products for weight loss, especially if you combine taking the stack with a solid workout/diet program. At the moment, I'm at the high-end of my normal weight range, so going forward, I'm planning to drop the last 5 pounds at a more sensible 1 pound/week rate. I'm going to continue with this stack, but with half servings of Transform and hopefully that will cut down on the anxiety. Disclaimer: I know that it is not recommended to loose weight this quickly and I am not suggesting that anyone try it. If anyone is interested, here is the workout and diet regime that I followed: 6:00am: First serving of Transform 6:15 am-7:30am: Low-intensity cardio (fast walking, light jogging) 7:30am: First serving of Leanmode 8:00am: Breakfast smoothie (~300 calories): one frozen banana, one cup unsweetened almond milk, one bag of power greens, two scoops Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder, Creamy Chocolate Fudge, Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, 2.03 Pound, 1 Count, Packaging May Vary 12:00noon: Lunch--big salad with lentils, spinach, kale, red peppers, beans, and apple (~450 calories) 1:30pm: Second serving of Transform 2:00pm-3:15pm: Gym workout--30 minutes of high-intensity cardio (elliptical, rowing machine, weighted jump rope) with HIIT every other day followed by 45 minutes of resistance training. The split I used for these two weeks was to rotate between Chest, Back, and Shoulders every three days with Legs every other day. So it worked out to something like this: Mon--Chest/Legs; Tue--Back; Wed--Shoulders/Legs; Thur--Chest; Fri--Back/Legs; Sat--Shoulders, etc. I mixed high-rep body weight exercises, kettle bell swings, and traditional weight training. 3:30pm: One Premier Protein 30g Protein Shakes, Chocolate, 11 Fluid Ounces, 4 Count (160 calories) 6:00pm: Second serving of Leanmode 6:30pm: Dinner--big salad with kale, spinach, broccoli, beans, and walnuts, plus a small piece of chicken breast or salmon (~500 calories) 8:00pm-8:30pm: Low-intensity cardio--easy walking, stationary bike 10:00pm: Half a Premier Protein shake if I got hungry (80 calories) Daily totals: 3 hours total workout and ~1500 calories.

Be consistent with taking them and you will feel the change
I've been using Evolution Nutrition's Trans4orm and Lean Mode for the past 30 days and I'm thrilled with the results I’ve lost 20lbs so far using them with energy to be consistent with my cardio and diet which I attribute to the use of these supplements. What I love most is the stimulant-free fat burner in Lean Mode and how it benefits me in regards to focus with the trans4orm. It has had a positive impact on my energy, mood, and appetite. Taking these supplements daily has definitely made a noticeable difference for me; the benefits are clear and tangible. One thing to note is that if you don't enjoy taking multiple capsules, it could be a bit challenging. However, I found that this minor inconvenience is easily overlooked considering the effectiveness of the products. Consistency is key, and as long as you stick to the recommended dosage, you'll be happy with the results just like I am. Highly recommend!

Diet Control is on point!
The weight management was seen primarily through the Appetite Control. Over the years I've used several products and this combination did really well throughout the entire pack. Also, it wasn't too rough on the stomach and I was able to take it even when I wasn't sure when my first meal of the day would be. Delivered plenty of energy that was sustained through the day. Not the longest lasting energy but I also wasn't shaking...so if I was a coffee drinker I'm sure it would have been noticeable but I wouldn't mind just a little more long lasting energy. (Everyone's different though, right?) BIG BONUS! Didn't smell bad in the container a week in. (Making it easier to take when you're already deprived of food and trying to force down pills) Awesome product and look forward to cycling back on it this summer!

Effective and fully disclosed fat burner stack
I've tried a lot of different fat burners over the years but this one is different. It is not only at a great price point I love the fact that it doesn't have proprietary blends where you don't know what or how much of the ingredients you are ingesting. This stack is amazing and after taking the full 2month dose I lost about 26lbs in addition to moderate exercise. It does not make you feel jittery or upset your stomach. The nice thing is you just take it and forget about it and it does the work. Someday after eating a small breakfast and light lunch I would come home about 2 lbs lighter just doing the normal odds and ends at my job. This really is a good, healthy supplement at which price point you should give it a shot yourself what do you have to lose?

Works Only With Proper Training And Diet!
This is a solid product if you are looking to reduce appetite and lower your sugar cravings as well as boosting your metabolism. The research has shown that fat burners, in general, will aide in losing your weight only if you were to follow a strict diet and training regiment - SURPRISE!!! In other words, it's not a magic pill, so expect to work, I mean, WORKOUT and BE ON DIET. Furthermore, the research has shown that these really shine if you were to workout fasted and take these pills before hand. Either you take this with a small meal before or fasted before workout, it's best to be done, overall, with a proper diet. I recommend taking the blue, caffeinated pills in the morning or before a fasted training. Furthermore, it's best to take white, non-caffeinated pills before bed or between meals when cravings are common. Also, drink a lot of water; otherwise, you'll taste the bitter, caffeinated-herbal taste afterwords.
