This item come exactly as described. The bracket that bolts to the wall is a well made 1 piece design that is almost as wide as my 40" sharp LCD Tv. You can easily secure it to 2 studs. It comes with 6 lag bolts and 6 concrete anchors. The brackets that mount to the tv are also well made and easily mounted to my tv. It comes with plenty of metric bolts, washers and spacers for just about any application. You shouldn't have to run to the hardware store to mount this bracket to your tv and wall. It is one of the best supplied brackets I've ever purchased. The tilt function works perfect and feels quite secure when tightened. I didn't use the built in level but did notice that the bubble was not showing level when 2 of my own levels were. Not a big deal. Just make sure to use your own level when installing. The HDMI cable supplied works fine but is definitely of cheap quality. I prefer a thicker gauge cable, but I didn't notice any degradation of picture quality using it. I gave it 5 stars becuase it came exactly as advertised holds my tv securely and came with plenty of hardware for mounting. You can not go wrong buying this mount.

Muy buen producto, me encanto. Buenisima calidad trae todo lo necesario y su propio nivel asi como uno extra que ya uso para otras cosas. Puse mi pantalla de 55'' samsumg solo batalle un poco por que quedaba suelto el soporte a la televison pero nada que unas mas de arandelas podrian arreglar. Le recomiendo apleamente aa y su presio muy bajo :)

I've order a 2nd Mount for my older Tv cuz i was very impressed by the quality of the first one. High quality at lowest cost. Those mounts is awesome for my Sony Bravia 52" and my Vizio 4K 70"
