Liked the idea of a stackable purifier + humidifier. I'm currently using the humidifier and it works well. It's an evaporative humidifier so you won't see a mist coming from the top, but the water disappears. It holds a little less than a half gallon of water. Instead of a "fill line" for the water, there is an overflow hole so you have to be careful not to fill it too high or water will pour out of the hole. This also means you can't take it to the sink to fill it up, unless you are very careful not to spill it on the way back. It's pretty quiet, even on Medium speed. I like that you can turn off the light on it.

I have two of these which I got for our bedrooms. I like that I don't need two separate appliances for air purifying and humidifying, and that the humidifier basin is so easy to clean. The lights are pretty, but I also like being able to turn them off for sleeping. They don't go completely dark - there's a small power light that stays on, but it's just enough to keep me from kicking the thing in the middle of the night. On medium and low settings they're very quiet. They're even more quiet with the humidifier in place. As others have noted, these are evaporative humidifiers so they operate very cleanly while boosting the air humidity *a little*. They're not going to turn a desert into a rainforest. It's enough to keep me from waking up with nosebleeds in winter which is all I need. I'm not trying to grow tropical plants. I had occasion to contact the manufacturer over a part I'd lost - totally my fault - and they were so kind and responsive! I'm impressed!

I like that this is easy to put together and has a humidifier. The humidifier is easy to use and doesn’t get dirty/gross like some I’ve had before. It has a pretty small water volume so I have to refill it daily. The noise level on low and medium is good but I find it too loud on high. The light doesn’t add anything for me, but you can turn it off. The unit feels sturdy and has been running continuously for two months with no issues.

Really easy to assemble and to put in storage during non-use. I can feel my internal systems being refreshed and energized with the combo machine.

This product is very lightweight. So much so you need two hand to push the buttons so you don’t knock it over. Unless you are very careful. But it’s also good because it is so easy to move around. The air purifier is good I think. I didn’t have it long enough to know. It was quiet on the low setting. My husband has some hearing loss and other fans need to be turned off while we watch tv. The water tank is basically a bowl that sits on top of a fan. The water did mostly disappear overnight. But it has a fan running through/past it so it will dry out the water tank. It did nothing noticeable to help my dry sinuses. Like all other humidifiers do. For this reason I returned it. I would rather have a humidifier that noticeably changes the humidity in our room and get a separate air purifier. The way the water tank just sits on top without and latch or clicks is unsettling with how light the whole thing is. It could easily tip if bumped in the night. The last thing for me was even though you can turn off the color changing LED light strip on the side. The power and fan level light remain on and are very bright. It was bothersome to me.

Do yourself a favor and do research on a legitimate high quality air purifier. Do not purchase air purifiers with humidifier combos, the humidifier part doesn't work. I recommend purchasing a air purifier and a humidifier, two separate devices and use them simultaneously. The humidifier part started to mold after only a month of usage.. and it doesn't even work is the worst part. After 6 months of usage I had to replace the filter on the 4th month and it doesn't purify as well as it did when I first got it. I could notice the difference in air quality in the first 2 months, but now it feels like it does nothing. I had all my windows closed in my bedroom, have the air purifier on the highest setting, close the bedroom door, I leave for a whole day. Come back and the purifier definitely didn't do its job. Also it is not quiet, it's not loud, but it's for sure not quiet either. I wish I never purchased it, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH ITS PRICE.

After doing some research, I ordered this to help with my static issues at home. I wanted a humidifier but also something that cleaned the air since I have 2 small dogs and a husband. This device has made such a huge difference! It’s not very loud even on the highest setting! My allergies have actually improved quite a lot and I see less dust accumulating on our glass side tables. Any strong smells after cooking fish or other odorous foods are gone within the hour without having to light a candle. The best thing for me? I no longer receive a static shock strong enough to revive an elephant just from walking to turn on a light. All in all, great unit and fantastic bang for your buck!
