I love! I was honestly surprised by how well this manual breast pump works. I didn’t expect it to fully empty me the way it does, but it actually removes all the milk when I take my time with it. The suction is strong but still comfortable, and I like that I can control the pressure myself. It doesn’t take long, and I feel fully relieved afterward which is really important for avoiding discomfort or clogged ducts. It’s also lightweight and easy to clean, which makes it perfect for keeping in my bag or using at night without setting up a big electric pump. If you’re looking for something simple, effective, and reliable, this manual pump definitely gets the job done.

When all else failed, the Medela Harmony manual pump came to the rescue. It’s easy to operate, emptied my breasts efficiently, and was very comfortable to use. The compact design makes it easy to handle and store. A simple, reliable pump that really works when you need it most

The best breast pump I own. I have Eufy Portables, Spectra, and the haaka. This is the best of all of those - the suction of my spectra, the size of the haaka and the portability of my wearables! I cannot recommend this enough - it gets EVERYTHING completely empty!

This pump is a blessing for relieving the engorgement. It’s the primary pump for my wife. Super easy to carry, pump, and clean. It’s a must buy if you are new at pumping.

I would have given this 5 stars because I really love how practical it is, I actually bought two of them. The suction is strong and efficient; I can pump about 5 oz in 10 minutes, which is amazing compared to hands-free pumps that can take 30 minutes just to get 2–3 oz. Unfortunately, one of the units stopped working after only a few uses, which was disappointing. When it works, it works great, but the inconsistency is why I can’t give it a full 5 stars.

I bought a hands free pump first and even on the lowest setting and using the flange suggested by my lactation consultant, I was in pain. Within 2 weeks the suctioned lessened. Replaced the parts but it still doesn't work like it did when I first got it. I overnighted this manual pump in hopes to keep my supply going or to increase it until i found another hands free, however, this works so much better. After just one use I was getting MORE milk than what I was with the other pump! Also no pain or uncomfortable feeling! For more context I do the pitcher method & was making about 12oz at the end of every 24 hour day (pumping every 3 hours for 20 minutes). With this manual pump I am now making close to 24oz at the end of each day & only doing 15 minutes on each breast. Definitely reliable and worth it to buy!

This pump was a life saver for me when I needed quick relief after being engorged. Manual pumping is also not difficult at all. Comparatively so worth the money when electric pumps cost $100+ and most of all just less parts to clean, my husband loves that (since he is doing the dishes at the end of the night). And milk can be stored right in the bottle. Also the duck bill from the spectra can be used here.

Not my favorite. Good quality but electric pumping was way easier.

Excellent product, definitely does better than pigeon and hand expressions!! Go for it!

hands down one of the most practical baby items we’ve owned. it’s compact, lightweight and so easy to use — perfect for quick pumping without needing to deal with wires, charging or bulky equipment. the personalfit flex shields make a real difference in comfort, and pumping feels smooth and controlled without needing much effort. it’s quiet, efficient and easy to clean, which matters a lot when you’re tired and just want things done quickly. and if time isn’t really an issue, this works wonders compared to the very expensive wear and tear you get on automatic pumps. it does the job just as well without all the stress on motors and parts - and we have 3 electric pumps but none of them can beat how much milk this one can get. my wife use this both at home and when out, and it’s been reliable every single time. simple, well-designed and genuinely useful.

Es una excelente opción para quienes buscan una alternativa ligera y fácil de usar. Su diseño ergonómico y la tecnología de extracción en dos fases hacen que la extracción sea cómoda y eficiente. Solo tuvimos que comprar la copa adecuada para el tamaño de pezón. Es ideal para llevar a cualquier lugar, ya que no necesita baterías ni electricidad. Además, es fácil de limpiar y armar. Perfecto para usar ocasionalmente o como complemento de un extractor eléctrico. ¡Muy recomendado para mamás en movimiento!
