The handles are sturdy and can take a good amount of torque as ...
I've been using these picks regularly since the day they arrived back in Oct. of '17. None of them have broke or bent and the picks are still very sharp as of 3/1/18. I use them for seal removal and for clean small delicate parts that are difficult to clean otherwise. The handles are sturdy and can take a good amount of torque as I've yet to damage one. Great build quality Black and red color scheme is a nice touch too. I think there is some type of chrome plating on these pick as a couple of them are turning slightly copper colored at the tips of the tools but this doesn't seem to affect their utility. The lettering on one pick came off after being exposed to lacquer thinner but the black and red colors of the handle remained intact. They now have a very nice broken in look to them. Good style. Overall great purchase for the price the quality and the look.

Tekton is a Great Company
I have quite a few tools from Tekton and they are all of great quality. They hold up well to (ab)use. Tekton’s warranty replacement policy is second to none. I have submitted a warranty claim thinking there would be no way to identify the tool. Without question I received a response email in less than 3 hours (submitted the warranty claim at 4:30pm, they responded before 6:45) and within two days (on Christmas Eve at that) I received the replacement brass hammer I requested. I use a variety of tools ranging from GearWrench, Milwaukee, Snap On, BluePoint, MATCO, etc. Tekton in many cases performs as well or better than the evil, expensive tool truck brands. I will gladly continue to invest in their products and stand behind them. Also, they are working to bring more of their tool manufacturing to the U.S. I believe roughly ~20% of their tools are entirely produced in the U.S. from start to finish, but they have been working on expanding that aspect. So if you want to support a U.S. based manufacturer go onto their website and they clearly detail where their tools come from.

Good for light work
I bought this set to help me with a transmission rebuild. For the most part it did fantastic for light work. I did have issues when I went to use a pair of these to help me pull out the reverse input drum when setting clearances. The metal is a tad soft, and while they never broke, they do bend. I was always able to correct the bending, and I was able to use them as a grabber tool so I can't complain much. I had another slight issue when trying to use one to help me grab a difficult snap ring, the end got snagged and ended up in a nice tight little loop, again easily straightened.

These should come in handy
I ordered the Tekton 4 piece hook and pick set with automotive work in mind. There have been many occasions in the past while working on my truck when I’ve said to myself “I really need to get one of those pick sets”. I chose the Tekton set for two reasons 1) it was one of the least expensive if not the least expensive set on Amazon. 2) it’s reviewed pretty favorably by a large number of customers. When I received the set I noticed that the packaging it arrived in was a little strange. The plastic was obviously cut manually just above the rubber grips on the tools. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that the set I received was previously returned, although the individual tools were in new condition. The rubber grip feels nice in my hand and they don’t feel overly delicate. I haven’t owned it very long, but based on my first impression I’m satisfied with my choice to go with Tekton. After they prove durable I would absolutely recommend this set.

Tekton tools are the best discount tools on the market
I have been rebuilding my tool collection as of late. I have always been a Craftsman guy, I grew up with that Made in USA brand. But after about 5 years since my last trip, image my surprise to see Made in China on half there items. I was ready to cry, cursing Wally World the whole time. Well for Christmas I received a $100 gift card for my favorite store, Amazon, I started researching some other tool brands. I came across Tekton and decided on the good reviews, and no long caring about China made (since everything is now), I loaded up my cart with about $150 worth of Tekton tools. A dead blow hammer, chisel set, file set, oil filter wrench, snap ring pliers, digital tire guage, pick set and a few others. The same tools with my favorite brand would have cost maybe a third or so more. I must say, for what they are the quality is amazing and every bit as good as Stanley made or Craftsman's non-professional line (tools in the store). So in conclusion, whenever I need a critical specialty tool I will look to Tekton made tools; they are probably the best for the price you can find... Sharing this on all the Tekton products I purchased.

Great addition to any set of tools
This set did a great job and got the job I was working on done faster due to having the right tool. I've not had to put a lot of torque on any of the picks (I'd not recommend) because for this type of tool I see it being used for delicate areas. For my use, I needed them for pulling out automotive rubber gaskets around my intake of the engine. Make sure to store these in a safe place because the tips of the tools are super pointy and I'd recommend for safety to use an electrical heat shrink sleave so you can form fit the tip to protect for hurting yourself or someone rummaging through your tools (kids)

Great tools at a great price
These are a lot smaller than I expected (didnt pay enough attention to the pictures). But they are awesome. For such small picks they are plenty sturdy. I've been able to do injector orings for a 7.3l and some light use with hydraulic cylinder seals with them. The handles are pretty comfortable and havent slipped once even with oily and greasy hands. If they were 2 or 3 times the price I would be very happy with my purchase.

very small, I thought it's big and nothing in the detail show the real size

Took a little while to come but they’re awesome, great at scraping dirt out of SMC fittings and removing orings, as a bonus they also do a great job getting fluff out of your charging port

A great little pick/hook set. They are versatile and hold up to years of abuse. Grips are nice and feel comfortable in ones hand. The tips do not bend or break, so the metal they've used for the picks is nice and strong. Nice to have 4 different options for different angles of approach. Great for having in the tool box for whatever need- though most of the time it's being used to grab/break off long hair that's stuck wrapped around the vacuum power head.

Strong tips will not bend easily. Four different angle cover the most situations. They feel very nice, with a solid grip and pointy ends. Originally purchased to help clean the nozzles on a 3D printer, we have since found multiple other uses for them, including removing rubber ends off of a gasket that couldn't be removed with pliers. These are sturdy with nice ergonomic handles. They are exactly what we needed to reach those hard to get reach areas, such as to help us thread Ethernet cables through the wall to reach other rooms. They are best for light duty, they aren't the strongest and may bend with too much force. As long as you use them for small purposes I feel that they will last quite a long time. As with any product, it has it's intended uses. If you try and push them past their limits, they won't last you as long. Definitely recommend these. Great price for what they are capable of doing. Multiple uses. You can be creative with them.
