No warranty support in India
Don’t buy any product from PERIMICE, they don’t have any support in India. You will have to send the product to Germany to claim any kind of warranty. I bought this mice in July and the type-c just came out and got stuck in my computer. After getting in touch with the support and providing them with the pictures this what they replied repeatedly. “Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. For customers in India, Perixx provides a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty. However, since Perixx does not have a local service center in India, all warranty claims need to be processed directly with our headquarters in Germany. Here’s how it works: Send the defective item to Germany: Address: Perixx Computer GmbH Heerdter Landstr. 189 e 40549 Düsseldorf Germany Shipping Credit: After we confirm the defect, we will offer a return shipping credit of up to 1000 INR to help cover your shipping costs. Replacement Shipment: Once the defect is confirmed under warranty, we will ship a replacement unit back to you at no extra cost. Please keep your purchase invoice and share it with us when initiating the claim. If you need help with troubleshooting before proceeding with shipping, feel free to let us know your product model and issue description. Let us know if you need further help with preparing the shipment. Regards, Perixx Computer Team”

Please forget about buying this cheap item
Didn’t even last for twenty days. Used it with my macbook and it was disconnecting every time the system was going to sleep. The product quality is so cheap that the connector ripped apart with a slight pull. Don’t recommend at all and please look for a different mouse.

The connectivity of the mouse to my Macbook Air M1 is really poor. It takes several times before it is connected and "sensed" by my computer, and the connection will drop half way even without anything touching the port. It's really more hassle than help sometimes.

I bought a USB converter from Perixx to run a vintage mechanical keyboard on a modern PC, so I thought I may as well get a mouse to accompany it. This mouse is exactly what I needed. It's wired (I hate wireless as the batteries always need replacing, and wireless devices get so annoyingly erratic when the batteries start to run low). It's also optical (I like retro, but I'm glad future generations will never experience the frustration of a sticking mouse-ball). It's also very, very cheap. Fortunately, it works a charm and is comfortable to hold. You can tell it's not a high-end mouse, but pointer-motion is wonderful and precise, the buttons give a nice, satisfying, decisive "click", and it feels like it will last a few years at least. You really can't fault it for the price.
