Celtic Sea Salt, Light Grey Grinder, 3 oz White

I love this salt! The "grinder bottle" it comes in needs to be better. Being the salt has moisture. It sticks a little. It doesn't clog to the point that the salt won't come out but I will bump it every 3 or 4 turns.The taste is absolutely perfect. Every time I open the cabinet door, I'm sneaking a little taste! I use it on food after it's been cooked and ready to eat. The reason - it doesn't have that strong taste like idolized table salt. I bought a second bag because a friend fell in love with it too.Great product and made in the USA

This salt comes from the Mediterranean Sea. It's lower in sodium and higher in minerals and why it has a grayish look to it. It's slightly wet, that's normal. It has a richer taste than my Western U.S. table salt. The grinder produces a coarse grind. I haven't tried putting it in a grinder with a finer setting. This grinder top is removable to refill. My first grinder was barely doing its job by the time the bottle was empty. Looks good my current bottle will make it to the finish line. I'm glad the tops are removable. If not for cleaning the last one, I definitely would have lost some of the salt. For that reason I wouldn't count on these grinders handling refills. How I use it is taking advice from other consumers. They claim cooking with it didn't have a distinction worth the cost of the salt. I agree, compared to other salt, that would be very expensive. That's why I gave it a medium value rating. It's 5 star rating relates to it being a healthier salt with more flavor.Bon Appétit

The flavor of the Celtic salt is amazing and truly enhances the flavor of food that’s far better than regular table salt. The only issue that I have is with the grinder. The salt is moist and does not grind very well. I’m now just using a spoon or my fingers to sprinkle the salt in my food. I should have just stuck to ordering a bag of the Celtic salt and saved a few $$$. I’m still giving it five stars since I think that it’s only fair to rate the salt only.

I really like the taste of this salt and of course its better for you. The only thing that I dont understand is why it seems damp. I twist it to get salt out, you know, like a regular grinder, and it barely works. I have to shake it all the time to get the salt to the grinder part, because its damp. It doesnt move normal and is not dry like the Himilayan salt grinder or even the regular table salt grinders. That why I gave it a 4 star because nothing is mentioned in the description of this product that its damp, clumpy, and doesnt come out easliy. Does any one know?? I even went to sellers site to see if I could find a way to contact them & found no contact info. Maybe I should have given this a 3 star instead of the 4. But I really like the taste.

Excellent Quality

I like this grinder and the salt. The texture is a little more coarse than the fine grind, but I don't mind. I don't notice the taste difference that some customers have mentioned. It is a good salt.

We love Celtic salt but due to the moisture in it it’s hard to find a salt grinder that works well. Hoped this was the answer because it’s made by them. But you have to work at it to dispense. It works but not great
