**Q: Do you take both regular.and pm?**
A: Yes

**Q: Does this product contain shellfish?**
A: Not sure about shellfish but whatever it contains really upsets your stomach and hurts like hell!!! I tried using them twice and each time within an hour I was in terrible pain. MY ADVICE: DO NOT TAKE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

**Q: Does this one have the same ingredients as instaflex Advanced?**
A: Similar with additional relaxing/sleeping adds.
