Does the item come with jumpers?

This Dinkle Assembly does not come with jumpers. It accepts jumpers in the DSS4N series. For example, DSS4N-02P (2-pole), DSS4N-10P (10-pole), etc. We do have Dinkle Combiners listed on Amazon that come with jumpers. You can also purchase the DSS4N jumpers separately. Can this be a bus bar for power distribution ground?

The combiner that you asked about would be a better option. To make this a bus bar or power distribution, you would need some DSS4N Dinkle jumpers. Does this works for 120vac to 220vac? does this works as distribution blocks?

Yes, 120V AC and 220V AC are both fine. This assembly is UL Rated for up to 600V. This assembly is for single in / single out. For it to be a distribution block, you would need jumpers. Any "Combiner" comes with a jumper. Also, look at the Assembly Kit DK4N Red/Black 10 Gang. The Assembly Kit comes with 8 2-pole jumpers so you can make it a distribution block to meet your needs. The jumpers that match the DK4N blocks are the DSS4N series (DSS4N-02P, DSS4N-10P, etc.) Clayton International Connector, Inc.
