Can this mask alone help fix my damaged hair or do I also need the shampoo?

Hi! We would recommending using our MRx Curl Protein Reconstructor every 4 to 6 weeks. Overusing protein treatments can lead to protein overload and adverse effects. You can actually experience breakage if you are overusing protein. When you use the CPR, we recommend using the Miracle RepaiRx Mask (we sell them as a duo) after it. 1.Cleansing

Our Miracle RepaiRx Moisturizing Shampoo is the perfect start to repairing against heat damage. Our moisturizing shampoo has a sulphate free formula to combat drying and deeply cleanses the hair and scalp while reducing breakage and restoring hairs natural oils.

2. Deep Conditioning

Deep conditioning is imperative for restoring dry, brittle and breaking hair. Our Deep Hydrating Hair Mask restores life to dry, color and heat damaged hair while locking in much needed moisture. After shampooing and conditioning add our Deep Hydrating Hair Mask from root to ends and leave on up to 1 hour without heat then rinse.

3. Apply leave in

With any hair damage it is imperative to have a good leave in conditioner to keep hair well moisturized. One great product to use as a leave in is our Anti Breakage Repair Serum. The repair serum reduces frizz and flyaways while sealing in moisture.

Another great leave in to try in this repairing product line is our Miracle RepaiRx Leave in conditioner. This lightweight formula adds definition while leaving hair feeling soft and shiny.
