Timberland Men's Splitrock 2 Hiker Boots

Good quality boots at a great price. Fit was as expected and very comfortable when wearing. Not yet wore them in heavy rain though. Will see how we get on!

There's very little cushioning in these boots - I've had to remove the insoles and replace them with some others that provide more cushioning. Fortunately, this has also had the effect of making the boots more snug - with the standard insoles, there was quite a bit of space above my feet (not something I've come across before), making the boots feel too big - the length was fine, but there was too much movement vertically. With cushioned insoles, however, these boots are great.As for the colour, the photos make them look virtually black; they're a little more blue in reality, but not obviously so unless worn with black trousers/jeans. The white highlights work well, and was the main reason I went for the navy over the black.Only reason I haven't given them a five-star rating is the need to replace the insoles.

I previously bought a pair of boots similar to these, and thought based on the fact that they are timberlands they would be amazing. I was not disappointed!!! As a result this is the second pair I've bought and they are worth the money. Best buy for me this year!

Bought these for my son for xmas. He had a pair previously so thought I couldn't go wrong and I was right. Think is he is 25 years old and I end up buy all his clothes but these are very good quality and delivery good.A satisfied mum.

Fantastic value for money. I always buy timberland boots for my son for school as they are fantastic build quality and last all year. These boots on the high street are £100 so why pay that when you can pay this price (I paid £60) with free delivery. Defo recommend to anyone wanting a good priced timberland boot.

Vorab: Habe mir die Schuhe eine größe zu klein bestellt. Der Umtausch lief reibungsfrei ab und am liebsten würde ich allein für diesen service 5 sterne vergeben.Das Produkt an sich ist auch der Hammer! Passt wie angegossen, hält warm, wasserdicht und jetzt kommts, er sieht noch nicht einmal sch**ße aus. Die Verarbeitung wirkt als könnte ich damit ein paar kilometer zurücklegen. Allein die laschen und die Schnur überzeugen durch ihre Qualität.Das sind mir persönlich sehr wichtige Kriterien, die der Timberland Schuh zu 100% erfüllt hat. Ich habe den Schuh bereits weiterempfohlen und kann ihn wirklich mit bestem gewissen empfehlen.

Lange habe ich nach einem dunklen, stabilen und gleichzeitig ansehnlichen Schuh gesucht. Die bereits gelesenen Bewertungen hatten mich letztlich zum Kauf überzeugt. Nach der raschen Lieferung direkt anprobiert und er passte. Um es noch etwas bequemer zu gestalten, kann ich eine flache Gel-Sohle empfehlen. Optisch ist der Schuh sehr ansprechend - die Produktbilder hatten nicht zuviel versprochen. Die Oberfläche besteht aus feinem, aber robustem Rauleder und lässt sich leicht reinigen. Die stabile Sohle verleiht sicheren Halt beim Laufen und Wandern. Angezogen wirkt der Schuh sportlich und schmal und sieht damit nicht zu schwer und globig aus.Wichtig: Wer eine halbe Größe benötigt, bestellt besser die nächste volle Größe, denn nach langem Tragen schwellen Füße ja gerne etwas an. Ich habe 42,5 und der Schuh sitzt in 43 wirklich super.Kälte und Nässe hält der Schuh gut ab, wobei ich aus Erfahrung sagen kann, dass bei -10Grad Schluss ist :)Alles in allem ein Schuh, der jeden Cent wert ist.
