The bag seems durable, but the misplaced chalk cause me to question the quality of the bag. Chalk in general is hard to contain so I am not giving my rating solely on the displaced chalk, but rather giving you my observation. The amount of displaced chalk was minimal. Maybe 2-3 tablespoons. I used the chalk to bench press light weight to test the affect on my grip. The chalk quality is good and I recommend using this company's refill chalk for your bag. I do not get clammy hands though, so I am not sure my experience would compare to someone who does. The powder is like silk for me. I have taken the chalk bag with me on bike rides to test its durability and I found it quite reliable. There is a bit of dust that comes loose but overall it remains contained. The size of the bag is also very easy to handle and will fit in any bag you want to take with you to the gym. The chalk displacement from shipping may have occurred due to poor packaging and might not reflect on the quality of the bag itself.
