Darn Tough are the only socks worth buying. When they say they have a lifetime warranty they mean it. Buy a dozen pairs and you will never buy socks again. Ever. I particularly like these ones. They are all black, which is great because I don't like multicoloured patterned socks. They are a tighter knit than their standard boot sock. They are thick and very comfortable and my feet stay dry all day. You can wear them for two days straight if you have to and they still don't smell. And they are high enough for my combat boots. But let's be real. They are socks. They are about as "tactical" as Sterling Archer's turtle neck.

Just get them, you'll love them. Lifetime guarantee on socks?! Madness. I'd rather it didn't have excitable writing on the toes but that's the price you pay for nerd-socks.

I work in a job that requires 11 hours of high activity based walking that can cause blood pooling in the feet along with other issues. These socks are very good at supporting such long scale workloads and have yet to show any wear and tear, and if they do, I can send them off and get a free replacement. They aid in eliminating blood pooling, and they also support the foot well and reduce foot strain. Great purchase. I also bought a 1/4 length pair which I lost yesterday, and I have no issues with buying another pair now because of how good they are

Extremely well made. I am very happy with them. I usually use Thorlo Combat Boot socks. These are more robust, more dense, less soft, and long enough to come above the high-leg boots. All in all they are a slightly better fit for me and don't come down over time

I'm really impressed with these. They're incredibly comfortable, and great for long days in hiking boots. I've just bought another pair, and will probably get more.

Really comfortable and stop me getting blisters on long walks. I always get blisters with cotton socks if I walk for more than 40 minutes. These I've walked more than an hour and a half and no blisters. They're my 3rd pair of Darn Tough and I'm definitely going to buy more. They're expensive though - that's the only downside but I guess you get what you pay for.

I never knew socks could be so revolutionary! I got these socks as a student paramedic and wear them when on shift, and then when in class, almost 7 days of the week! These are super comfortable and are so much better than your stock standard long socks! 10/10 would recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about these socks and this brand. I have a quite a few socks from them and I will only buy Darn tough again in the future. The socks are very high quality and keep my feet plenty warm. I'm not in a super cold environment but I do work outside in borderline freezing weather. The sock is not super thick and give you decent grip for a wool sock. They're plenty comfortable, being worn for 10 hours shifts mostly standing. Darn Tough also have an excellent return policy. I will be buying more.

Love the fact that these socks are made in USA. I'm from Canada and I wish we would manufacture more every day items in North America like we used to. These socks I wear at work with 8 in work boots, very comfortable and my feet are able to breath . Very well made , I look forward to buying another pair. They come in all kinds of color combos and also different styles .
