Hello- my order did not come with the two brackets, how do I get those mailed?

You can choose to return/replace it with a new one & nention the reason: missing parts.

Is there a way I can order just the corner connecting brackets and corner protectors? I need to order replacements.

Yep, just search “backdrop brackets” and the plastic ones are the third or fourth item down. I bought them from Amazon separately and they work great. Hope that helps☺️

Are these the thickness of foam board you can get at any store ?

Yes, they are very light. It’s a thin foam board and comes with removable corner covers for protection.
