Poorly made

This product is made poorly. Both grinders mechanicaly broke completely within 3 years and started malfunctioning within the first year. The top turn knob is poorly glued together and quickly disadheres within the first year (both grinders) forcing you to put awkward side pressure to get it to grind. The knob is mounted to a cheap plastic bracket that cracked for me within 3 years. They look nice but that's about it. See attached pictures
