Enjoyable and challenging
I truly enjoy working on the quizzes in this book. They are challenging and stimulating my brain. I started of “Good” and after 3 quizzes have reached the excellent level.

Exactly what you need!
This book has easy questions that get harder as you go. In each tests. There are a bunch of tests with answers on back. Some questions can be fun and very very challenging. A good buy to kill time and keep mind sharp!

Fun and challenging, but not an iq test
Can be fun to do these and compete with family members. I bought it to practice for an iq test, but I will say that this book does not help with that. Only a third of the questions are similar to an iq test. Some of the word problems are near impossible without spending a long time figuring it out. If you are looking for very challenging problems this is a good book.

Good questions but occasionally a wrong answer at the end of the book.
I was looking for a way to study for ccat tests that companies sometimes use for hiring. I couldn't specifically find that but I ran into this book. The puzzles do assist me in learning to solve test problems. I notice that many questions are similar. For example word to algebra questions which Ibfirvor since 35 years ago. A lot of visual box folding. Following instructions to locate a character. I expect that there are methods to solving these. I will spend a few months or years doing the examples. Then group them and ask around how to solve them. I have 4 tests of 40 questions each. Sometimes the answers in the book seem incorrect. That has happened about 3 times. I cannot tell the difference between the lower case L and I and that mixed me up on at least one question.

It is good exercise for the mind, but use paper and a pencil to improve you answers
